During this awesome 10th anniversary of ChiTAG you can expect the following straight from the robots mouth:

“The 10th anniversary Chicago Toy & Game Fair [continues] its tradition as the nation’s largest public play event, attracting over 25,000 people to Navy Pier on the weekend before Thanksgiving. The Fair was the finale of Chicago Toy & Game Week, which featured industry seminars (I-SPI and T&GCon), a highly celebrated inventor awards gala (The TAGIEs with attendees from 18 countries) and a new toy-inspired fashion show, playCHIC.” - ChiTAG.com

The Chicago Toy and Game Fair runs November 20th through November 23rd. RobotCity will be attending on November 22nd and November 23rd so put an extra special star beside those dates. Let us take a look why.

RobotCity NEW HEXBUG Table

Our table will feature the newest lines from Innovation Labs including new VEX Robotics by HEXBUG, Tony Hawk Circuit Boards and HEXBUG Aquabot 2.0.

Not only will our table feature demo units of the coolest HEXBUGS around we will also be demonstrating building some of these great gadgets. Check out some of the details for each:

1. VEX Robotics Ant by HEXBUG- With six wheels, two bump sensors and over 150 snap together pieces this remains far from your traditional HEXBUG. This new, awesome ant features remote control in addition to much more intelligent autonomous behavior. Flip a switch or two or more to create 64 programming variations. Experiment with different modes to see how the behavior is influenced. Control how your HEXBUG Ant reacts!
2. Tony Hawk Circuit Boards- Putting together thrashing with an electric style, this new circuit board will put you in control of the cool factor. I mean, come on now. A remote control skateboard, how cool is that (plus you can still use in the old finger board fashion)? Roll the board forwards to power up and roll it backwards to power off!
3. Aquabot 2.0- This is our favorite HEXBUG around. Available in two styles (Angelfish and Hammerhead) and ten translucent colors these Aquabots 2.0 not only swim like the earlier models but they feature a sensor technology allowing you to wake the robot simply by tapping on the tank. Check out the models that come with their desk ready bowl. A great office pet you never have to feed.
